Engineering-led manufacturing, without the guesswork
We are a small, senior team that treats every component as part of a working machine — not as an isolated order line.
Founded on the shop floor
Meridian Precision started when a group of mechanical engineers grew tired of watching good designs stall in production. Drawings arrived that could not be fixtured, tolerances were tighter than the function required, and problems surfaced only after the first batch was scrapped.
We built the workshop we wanted to order from: engineers who read the whole assembly before quoting, machinists who are consulted during design, and inspection that happens as work proceeds rather than at the loading bay.
Today we support industrial equipment manufacturers, automation integrators and research groups who need components that behave exactly as specified.
Four principles behind every order
Say it early
If a design will cause trouble in production, you hear about it at quotation stage — not after delivery.
Measure everything critical
Functional dimensions are inspected and recorded so both sides work from the same evidence.
Protect your schedule
We commit to dates we can hold and warn you immediately when a supply issue threatens them.
Keep knowledge
Programs, fixtures and inspection plans are archived so repeat batches stay consistent for years.
People, equipment and process
The team
Design engineers, CNC programmers, machinists and a dedicated quality lead work in one building, which keeps the feedback loop between drawing and part measured in hours.
The equipment

The process
Every order follows the same route: technical review, control plan, production, inspection, documented release. Nothing ships without a signed record.
