What we do

Four capabilities, one accountable partner

Engage us for a single operation or hand over the complete build package — the same engineer stays with your project from enquiry to delivery.

Mechanical design

Concept studies, 3D modelling, tolerance stack-ups and manufacturing drawings prepared for real production constraints.

About us

An engineering workshop that thinks like your production team

Meridian Precision was founded by mechanical engineers who spent years on the shop floor. That background shapes how we work: we question drawings early, flag cost drivers before cutting metal, and design for the tooling that actually exists.

  • Direct access to the engineer responsible for your parts
  • Design-for-manufacture feedback included in every quotation
  • Transparent lead times with proactive schedule updates
  • Long-term capacity reserved for framework agreements

Why teams choose us

Fewer surprises between drawing and delivery

Manufacturability first

Every enquiry is reviewed by a production engineer, so avoidable cost and risk are removed before the order is confirmed.

Measured, not assumed

Critical dimensions are inspected and recorded. You receive the measurement report with the parts, not weeks later.

Built for repeat work

Fixtures, programs and inspection plans are archived, so your second batch is faster and identical to the first.

How it works

A clear path from enquiry to delivered parts

  1. Share your requirement

Send drawings, a 3D model or simply a description. We sign an NDA on request before reviewing anything.

  2. Technical review & quotation

We confirm feasibility, suggest cost-saving alternatives and return a fixed quotation, usually within 48 hours.

  3. Production & inspection

Parts are machined, assembled and measured against the agreed control plan, with progress updates at each milestone.

  4. Delivery & follow-up

Goods arrive with documentation. We review the outcome with you and prepare the repeat order if needed.

Materials & traceability

Material certificates are retained for every batch and supplied on request, so you can trace any component back to its stock origin.
